• See additional info sections for help on how to measure. If you're still not sure about the measurement, send us an email and we'd be more than happy to assist you!
Notes:
• All garments that have been customized are final sale, and cannot be exchanged or returned.
• If you're ordering multiple garments which need custom lengths, you will need to add this listing multiple times to your cart. Please include clear instructions for length on each garment in the comments section of this product.
• We are happy to continue to offer minor customizations, but they do require additional time and resources, which is what this fee covers. We thank you for your understanding.
Custom Length
How to Measure (Pant Length):
• Place a measuring tape at your crotch, and measure straight down to where you'd like your finished hem to touch. Having someone help you makes this a lot easier.
• Alternatively, you can find a pair of similar pants you like the length of, and measure their inseam from the crotch to the hem. Add or remove a couple inches to get the desired length.
How to Measure (Dress Length):
• You can either give us a measurement from the top of your shoulder / neck point, straight down the front of your body (over your chest) where you want the dress to hit
• Alternatively, you can give us a set measurement based on our garment specs (for example: 2" shorter)
How to Measure (Waistband Elastic):
• Place a soft measuring tape around the smallest part of your waist, so it feels snug but not too tight. This should be how you want your pants to feel when worn.
• If you don't have a soft measuring tape, use a piece of string, and then once you've wrapped it around your waist to the desired fit, lay that flat against a ruler or tape measure.
All customizations are final sale, and cannot be exchanged or returned.
As these customizations take time, please note that we require up to an additional 10 days from the current production schedule.
For example, if the current lead time is around 3 weeks, you can expect your order to ship within 4-5 weeks.
